As we mark 100 years since the first women gained the right to vote, Michael Gove MP is inviting everyone in Surrey Heath to get involved in UK Parliament Week and play a part in our thriving democracy.
Last Friday, Michael Gove, MP for Surrey Heath, joined local residents at the Rainbow Café in Camberley to learn about Surrey Heath Age Concern (SHAC) and its charitable work to enhance the lives of older people in the borough.
Michael Gove joined over 500 other MPs to plant trees as part of the Queen’s Commonwealth Canopy, a network of forest conservation initiatives to mark Her Majesty's lifetime of service to the Commonwealth.
