Keeping your mental health in check

Looking after your mental health is just as important as looking after your physical health.

The pandemic has been very challenging for a number of reasons, and it is important for anyone suffering to know that they need not shoulder this alone, and that help and support are available.

At the bottom of this page you will find a Mental Health booklet with information and advice on how to look after your mental wellbeing, which Michael hopes proves helpful.

Young people experience their own challenges and, please find below a separate booklet with advice drawn up especially for younger people who may be in need of support.
